    yes i did the xbox now will not let me log in

    i get the "did you request a security info change" screen i click yes that was me

    then i get a "we arent ready for you yet " screen so i click next

    then i get "did you request a security info change " screen again

    i can log into all my live stuff online i just cant plat the xbox

    can you help?

    You should have been able to access the site, as the information should have been updated. I would recommend contacting Xbox support though this link here:
    support.xbox.com/contact-us and they will be able to look into this in more depth.

    Once the date has passed, the system should have updated your information as you had requested. I would also like to point out that Microsoft has done some back end work to the servers - which is also visible to the end users, such as ourselves. Thus meaning
    there could also be a delay. You will notice these changes when you sign into Outlook.com through the site.

    Your pronunciation and translation is fine! Have you tried restarting your Xbox One and then seeing if the issue persists?

    Please update me and let me know if this problem is still persisting.

    You could try a hard reset to see if it cures the loop. Just hold down the power button until your ONE shuts down, wait about 30 seconds, then restart it. I can not say that this will cure it, but it seems to cure a lot of problems.
