Did you request a security info change? Please help!!

it said it would not affect my ability to use xbox live

so when i log in on xbox one i get a pop up saying "Did you request a security info change?" and yes i did due to O2 Email no longer existing so the backup email i had on my account no longer exists

so obviously i click "yes this was me"

then i get a page saying click next to continue using your xbox one

i click next and then it reverts back to the original page asking if i requested a security info change

has anyone any experience of this?

incredibly frustrated now

yes i did the xbox now will not let me log in

i get the "did you request a security info change" screen i click yes that was me

then i get a "we arent ready for you yet " screen so i click next

then i get "did you request a security info change " screen again

i can log into all my live stuff online i just cant plat the xbox

can you help?

Please give the following steps a try:

• Log in to accounts.live.com to verify your security information. From here, you can review your security information to make sure that all of the information is updated.
  
• Once you have verified that your account information is correct, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and check to see if you are still receiving a message asking if you requested a security info change.
  

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you are continuing to experiencing issues.

i followed all the steps, and it is still not letting me sign in, just repeats the same steps of "was this you?"

 

well, after a day it has seemed to of corrected itself, and everthing is back to norma.

 

Im having the same issue and the troubleshooting steps didnt help. Just keeps repeating the question after i hit next.

 

I am having the exact same problem ... Pressing next to continue using xbox and it then goes back to the screen before asking if it was me who requested a security info change .... Tried the troubleshoot steps twice and still no joy .... Any more advice
?
