    I recently submitted my issue, and haven’t gotten a solution yet.. is there a phone number to call where someone can troubleshoot my Xbox or atleast guide me through this?!?!?!?! My Xbox isn’t letting me play online… shows I’m connected to the internet in settings, but on the home screen(main menu) it says connect to internet! I can see my friends online… I’m paying for xbox live right now and can’t even play, can I get a refund for this month , or a phone call to fix my issue??!?!?!?

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.
