Did you even test the new dashboard before you launched it a couple months ago?

Are you kidding me? Seriously? Did you even test this dashboard before releasing it? Do you use it yourselves? Do any of the developers actually use XB1? I can't imagine so otherwise this rubbish would never have made it to the public.

Text messages, how did you screw up a text message system?

It takes forever to load and read messages, it's bloody text for Christ sake. I am a computer science and electrical engineer, I've written software and you know what, if it doesn't work you don't F'in release it.

Your entire XB1 party/message system is broken beyond comprehension, so what if I have a couple hundred messages in queue. I have a hundred thousand messages in my Gmail queue, and you know what? It doesn't take 15 seconds to look at my inbox and see new messages.

Fix it, seriously, you should be ashamed of yourselves for releasing this garbage, oh it looks nice and flashy but guess what, if it runs like molasses it doesn't need to be pretty and flashy. Make it work first.

Xbox preview program xboxone controller firmware update

There was. It was usually open to the first so many that signed up. And you signed up through the Microsoft connect website. They did not do a continuous program. You would sign up and get the beta dashboards a couple of months before release to help Microsoft
iron out the bugs before being released to the general public. They once even gave away Halo Reach to test a change in the disc format.

 

Never got One Month Game Pass promo code for buying Gold in January

I only seen it on the dashboard, and I don't have the terms saved. But I did read through them to make sure I was good only buying a single month.

It was an ad om the home screen for the dashboard. Quests also hadn't launched in Canada yet, I don't know if February or March was the first month we got them.

They did not, they just said that only you guys could help me.

Sorry you are having so many issues. It was tested and everyone using an XBOX One is using the new dashboard.

I am in the preview program so was one of the people beta testing the new dash & the problem you describe was not there during the beta & you are the only one I've seen who seems to be having an issue with messages taking a while to load.

Try a hard reset of your console.

 

people are so quick to blame Xbox. lol you ever stop to think that maybe its your net? because everything's fine on my end. I've never once had a problem with texting on the Xbox one.

 

Their answer will be "its your internet connection". LOL

Terrible. Who the hell is in charge of the console division at MS? Fire his/her ***!!!!

Compared to my PS4. I have already done a hard reset on my One for freezing, installs stopped, mic not working, etc. at least 10 times in the last 3 months. WOW!!! What is happening over at MS. Where is the freaking company from the Xbox days! ***.

Its no wonder the PS4 is out selling it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
