Did Xbox steal from me?

It's a long story but please stick with me on this. In April I had preordered Quantum Break on the Xbox one marketplace. I preordered for the Alan Wake Xbox 360 game and Quantum Break of course. Fast forward two months later I still have not received my
Alan Wake codes so I call Xbox the support guy was nice but he explained there was nothing he could do about the codes but he could refund my money. I wanted the game I preordered for but I understand these things happen. He was at least kind enough to explain
that if I went to gamestop and bought a new copy of Quantum Break there the codes would be in the box. Unfortunately I have to wait 3 days for a refund but that's fine.Anyway I get on my Xbox a couple hours later to play Overwatch and the game is telling me
to insert a disc or purchase from the marketplace. I go to the marketplace and see it for 59.99,but I already bought this game. I quickly realized what has happened so I call Xbox to confirm that the guy I talked to earlier had refunded me for Overwatch instead
of Quantum Break. Here's the problem they won't give me my game I purchased back I have to repurchase it from the marketplace but my money has not been returned to me yet. When I asked what they could do about it I was told sorry but they couldn't do anything
else I was getting upset so the lady I talked to the second time offered my a free month of live. I told her no I don't want that I want my game I bought. She was nice and apologized. She told me "we don't roll like that" I told her yes you do since obviously
this is the second issue I've had with online purchases TODAY. So now I'm wondering if Xbox could have credited for me for 60 bucks temporarily and just refunded the game again when my money came back and let me repurchase it a third time even though I never
asked for a Overwatch refund to begin with. Anyways back to my question is it stealing if they took my game I purchased without my permission and have not given me my money back yet? Could I go take a copy of halo 5 from Walmart for 3 days until I get the
money to buy it? I think I would be in trouble for stealing. Should Xbox be in trouble if they can't produce my money instantly for a game they took from me instantly? How can they be held accountable for their mistakes?

If I don't have my money why don't I have my game? I understand what a refund is but I didn't ask to return Overwatch. In fact I didn't even ask to return Quantum Break until it was offered cause you stole my money by falsely promising unrelieved content.
Did you guys steal from blizzard since you took the money I paid for the game away from them without my consent.

 

You took it from me without my consent. I guess Microsoft isn't very pc

AND Microsoft and XBOX employees don't even monitor these forums.

As the others have said,no one from Microsoft reads these forums.If you have an issue with a refund then contacting support
