    Achievements not unlocking

    I just did a hard reset on my Xbox One and got the Freerunner achievement to pop finally. They are saying on the Respawn forums just to do a hard reset.

    Did you cheat some of those achievements? If you did, that might be the reason because Microsoft resets gamerscore and achievements too. If that isn't the reason, then you might want to contact Microsoft with this.

    If so then you won't be able to re earn any reset achievements on that profile.

    Did this account ever have a gamerscore reset? If so, you will not be able to re-earn the achievements that you had previous to the reset.
