    Did Xbox lose my Xbox one??


    I sent my Xbox to get repaired and and it arrived 10/30. Then on 11/5 Xbox said my Xbox had been shipped to me and gave me the tracking number. When I went to go track my package on fedex it say s cannot be found. I called fedex and they say they have
    no record of receiving it so for the past week I been calling Xbox and all they keep saying is that fedex has and should deliver it in a few days and other Xbox workers say it takes 14 to 21 days to ship out. I heard that they send there stuff to Mexico and
    maybe its taking a while to go through customs but if anyone give me answers I would really appreciate it. Its been along time since I play and I was hoping I would have is back by the 18th so I could play gta

    The same thing has happened to my Xbox One, the shipping number does not register with Fed-Ex, and the site says that the yrecieved it, fixed it, and shipped it off. The site says the estimated delivery date is the 18 of November, but not sure if they will
    come through with that. I will post again after the 18 on if it arrived or not.

    I wish we could help more here but this issue lies directly with Xbox phone support to handle. Please keep speaking with then and trying Fedex as well to find out where the package is.
