    Personally I prefer 3rd person point of view... If I have the ability to snap to different camera views, that is the one I will use.

    when you share a clip to another person it uploads it to the xbox network, his settings must not be set right, as with all clips you upload regardless of feed or not can still be viewed.

    I cant view clips in the chat section of the Mobile app but i did find another section where i can view more clips sent by my friend. However, i would prefer to view the clips in the PC app.

    Hi Bret,

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

    From our understanding, the account is disconnected from Xbox Live each time you try to view a clip on the console. The game clip itself could be corrupted.

    • Was the clip removed and re-added at any point in time?
    • Where did you retrieve the clip from?
    • Are you able to view the clip on Windows 10/PC?
    • Does this happen with any other clips as well?

    Please try to power
    cycle the console by holding the
    power button for 10 seconds on the Xbox itself (not the controller). Then unplug the console for 30 seconds. Afterwards, plug the console back in and start up the console.
