Did the update do this??

When i turn my xbox on the screen just stays blak i open the side menu and thw console does not even recognize that im trying to select somthing from my friend or apps

When I click the home button on the controller it’s like the xbox doesn’t detect the home menu being there. Also the screen keeps going black. When is this going to be fixed. Anyone?

My whole console is pretty much bricked, even loading up offline, my system freezes and I cannot do anything. Ever since Microsoft had to become cheap garbage, now I can't even call about this. Xbox support claims it's down, and apparently it's not just
me getting a bricked console. 5 friends of mine called me and said this same thing. Microsoft, you owe me a brand new Xbox One S BF1 edition. This is a load of garbage.

Like, it's completely toast, can't even get it to work offline like others claim they can. Congrats Xbox, and Microsoft. Actually, maybe send me a PS4 instead, since you've already cost me several grand when you falsely locked up my old account, that I never
was suspended on.

Well, to anybody who has any hope in this load of garbage, try disconnecting the Internet from your console, then booting. Don't reconnect it or this will happen to you. I couldn't get it to pull up any menus, and even after the 10 sec restart and even unplugging
whilst holding power to discharge, my console no longer shows any display, makes the audio for the start up, it screams this weird sound, stops, screen flashes the dashboard and it's all broken looking, then immediately goes to black even if it's not connected
to a network.

Yeah my screen is just black too as well.
