Did someone harm my XboxOne?

hi i just want to know.... if my xbox one shuts off unexpectedly and keeping in mind it was in great condition, good ventilaltion, its never been dropped, power sources are working just fine, and brought from a store so it has all of the orginal parts...
pretty much this xbox was in prestine condition and in the middle of my game play it just losses power and hasnt cut back on... so my question to you guys is do you guys think my xbox was harmed or tampered with? Ive never in all my years of gaming expirenced
this problem before... pleas i need help

My guess is so no harm or harassment come to the rep. Not exactly an item someone wants to be known traveling about with.

 

When someone is bragging about their scores what is expected of you in return?

I don't find any harm in someone just sharing a something cool that they did. It's just this "I AM THE BEST AT THIS GAME" additude that is silly and makes me ignore them for the most part.

If you have close friend. Just try to use power cable from his Xbox. Maybe it can be the problem.

 

Hi. I highly doubt anyone had damaged your xbox. Any device can suffer a failure suddenly. Take a look at this Troubleshoot xbox
turning off and work through the possibilities on here to eliminate problems.
