    Hello. I had added my issue to InfernalMudKip's topic, but then noticed it was recommended to make a new post. As his was still unanswered it seemed fine to add mine, but perhaps his was resolved through another venue. Rather than reword, here's the url

  2. $5 code for receipt offer. Have not received my emails.

    I did your recommendations from the start and it worked fine w/ my second receipt entry. It did not with my first. Could it have been affected by my winning of the the daily scratch section immediately after uploading my first receipt? I didn't see any mention
    in the official rules of it changing the $5 promo. I do know I'm not eligible for any more scratch wins. I wonder this because both the "scratch win email" and the "promo $5 email" seemed to use the same formatting.

    Just noticed you posted on the 12th. You'd be at 15 days now. Hope you received your promo offer and didn't come back. Otherwise, supplies had no real way of lasting, are gone, and they aren't bothering to mention that they are gone when asking you to send
    a receipt photo.

    Just to show I'm still watching this. I've put in another receipt photo and had the $5 the next day. I guess that makes it 50/50. It would be nice to get closure on this. I still suspect the issue was created by my winning the scratch game right after sending
    the receipt pic. If winning a scratch negated the $5 promo, it didn't seem to be mentioned in the rules. Just one scratch win and one entry win allowed. The promo should be separate and it may not be.

    That's... unsettling. It's still been a week and a half since I submitted m y 3 receipts. Do you think It'd be worth trying to upload and re-send in the same receipts?

  6. I don't know. The unique code they had us write on each receipt would need to be replaced with new unique codes. That might cause them to deem them void and negate any drawing entries. If you didn't receive any emails confirming entries after submitting
    them it might be alright, but I don't really know.

  7. Oh, and if you didn't write the unique codes on each of them, there's your problem. Then, resubmitting then w/ unique codes would be fine.

    I'm guessing we're done here. Mister Fizzle had said on another related topic I had posted upon, "We'll look into this promo and see if we can learn more." The looking was apparently unsuccessful.

    How long does it take to look at this promo. I mean hell you can call a Microsoft store and they will tell you about it call a gamestop and they will read you the posters on the wall about the promotion.

    They would need check logs. That adds a bit of time. Also, as the request is coming from a different area than that of those running the promo/sweeepstakes, it takes time and repeated requests to convince them of the need to do it. My thought is they should
    for their own benefit. If store clerks were submitting receipts sometimes instead of customers, that probably want to catch that.
