Did or will you buy the X1 because it is an U.S.A company?

I bought a Ford because I am an American and Ford is an American company so when I go to upgrade my console I would like to get the X1. I am not a big Ford fan because I don't trust their reliability but everything else is equal to lets say a Honda so I
went with USA. The X1 isn't very equal but this country needs our business...

i can't return it to seller because I bought my console on ebay.com not from local store or shop.I bought it from american seller and U.S.A is on other side of earth for me. ((((( so i can't send my xbox to U.S.A ;((( and I need repair. can you help

Totally. Cause that all that matters in a console!

 

Honda, Hyundai and Subaru all make cars in the US. I bought a Hyundai because it had all the features I wanted. Same goes for my Xbone.

 

umm considering not 1 part of it was built in the USA we arent really supporting USA we are supporting a company from the USA that takes alot of the money we give them and sends it out overseas which should actually be banned and written in our constitution.
We need to drive prices back down so things can be made affordable in the USA then we are truly supporting USA, until then we are just kidding ourselves with that analogy.

 

I own 2 Honda's because they were both built here in Ohio. So, on top of the fact they are reliable automobiles, I feel warm and tingly inside knowing I am supporting my fellow Ohioans.

I buy a video game console, because it is a toy to play games on. I enjoy the Xbox, so that is why I bought it. Point of origin, especially when it comes to electronics, means nothing to me.

 

Is there something wrong with supporting companies outside of the US?

Kinada. The us gets the best treatment because ms is us centered.

 

I buy what I want or need based on my own personal preferences and the quality of the product, not where it was made.

Yes and no. I bought it because the company is stable. I have nothing against sony, but the company has been in a downward path since the end of PS2. They even sold their Vaio division. I try to avoid sinking ships :/

 

I try to buy American when I can, but not much is made here.

 

Here is the thing. Outsourcing isn't nessisarily a bad thing but it is not good either. You want the country you trade with to be prosperous so they buy your products. Still, you don't want your country to have a production rate dropping below needs to meet
economic stability. Sadly America is not selling enough and importing too much.
