    Hello dear Xbox community,

    about one year ago I have sold my first xbox-one and just yesterday I finally had the money to purchase me a new x box one and i was very exited to be able to be gamimg again to my hearths content. But when I set up my new x box i noticed some troublesome
    changes...my Gamertag was origianlly when i sold my old xbox "Spartaner J117"... but now it is "CastGosling2133" and all content that I had as "Spartaner J117" is gone...all games I had ready to install, my whole friendlist empty, and all gamedata on the games
    I played are gone. I do not know what to do from this point out.

    I would be very thankfull if someone can tell me how to get this manner fixed.

    It sounds like you created a new account instead of signing into the old one. You would need the correct log in information for the original account.

    If you can't remember the Microsoft account, try this https://support.xbox.com/my-account/microsoft-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution
    Once you have the email, you can reset the password if you do not remember the correct password.
    that is not what happened...i´ve always used the exact same e-mail address and now my e mail address has a different gamertag. I have never created "CastGosling2133" It was just there instead of my real gamertag...

    my "Spartaner J117" Gamertag was simply on one of my other e-mails while I was completly convinced that I always used my first e-mail address with xbox. My Gamertag is now downloaded and everything works as intended. I appreciate the quick help you all have
