Did not sign up for Xbox Insiders, my console refuses to start with E102, but doesn’t pop...

So we did logged in online that than reset the app and restarted my computer

We tried signing into the Xbox app but it didn’t let the sign in box pop up again so than we followed the steps from the link and tried a different network but my pc doesn’t have network only Ethernet and the in app log in pop up still doesn’t show up

Nothing again I think is my console issue I restart my console and I have e200 I restart again and she's pop up the e105 I make reset and is freeze and pop up the e102

I did this already and it doesn’t even work I changed my gamertag about a month ago and it still doesn’t pop up on my profile why......

Only way I can get Halo 4 to load is to remove the HDD while xbox is off. Once I turn it on, I don't sign in it will load. I tried to start game with HDD installed and not signing in but I get same error.

My conclusion is that it is not the game disc, or DVD drive, or the HDD. I even deleted the game from my HDD and tried to start Halo 4, but I still get the disc unreadable error.

The pop up also states to clean the disc, (I did that) and also to restart my console. This did not work. Any ideas?
