    Did not recieve the "Retrieve your label" from UPS


    My XBOX ONE is waiting to be sent off for service due to a fault. Its still under warranty and the xbox one is registered under my username same email address as used here.

    You should go ahead and contact support directly for assistance. They should be able to tell you where in the process you are and what you need to do. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Ya I dont believe it works anymore but if it did on your xbox it would show up in your messages from xbox live that you had recieved it or in game I'd presume
