Did not recieve keys bingo

I was supposed to receive 100 keys after the last community goal was reached. Please credit me with the keys promised.

Earned 40 & 100 keys and was not paid when community goal was reached.

Playing Bingo and earned 40 keys on one power card and 100 keys on another power card. When the community goals were reached, Bingo did not pay the keys. I've been shorted 140 keys.

Did not recieve keys

I was supposed to collect 115 keys that I won from playing the powercards. Just logged in to bingo, do not have them. I see this is a common problem and I'll be leaving the game if I'm not reimbursed within the next couple days. Kind of sorry I put money
into the game.

Hello Sandflea,

Did you check in your gift section for the Keys? That's where you should find them.

You can call bingos as rows horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Corner bingos are also valid.

I paid 600 coins for 50 keys: You deducted the coins but I did not receive the keys. What's up with that. This has happened several times when I did not get credit for the bingos I got and when I didn't receive the trunk for a power pattern. I also did
not receive credit earned for the bingos I earned and the 3 power numbers I selected when the game got stuck and I had to exit out of the program. This is happening too often and I won't put up with it for too much longer. I have deleted a couple other games
for less.

Thank you for reaching out to us on this. Do you see the keys show up if you sign out of your account then sign back into it? Let's also try resetting the app with the steps here:

Settings>System>Apps& Features>Microsoft Bingo>Advanced Options>Reset.

After trying that please let us know if the keys show up for you or you are able to earn new keys.
