Did not recieve EA Access code after purchasing FIFA 17.

Hello,

I purchased FIFA 17 Super Deluxe Edition on my Xbox One on August 5th.

It takes about 5-10 days to recieve the 1 Month EA Access code but I still haven't recieved it and I would like to use it for FIFA 17.

I've been in the Xbox Live Chat and they told me to post it here so hopefully someone can help me.

I pre ordered FIFA 17 on the store and didn't recieve my EA access code

I heard the demo was gonna come out 5 days before the actual game does.

 

The demo has already come out. You'll be able to play the game 5 days before the release on EA Access for a limited time for 10 hours. I ordered FIFA17 on August 5th and I should've got a EA Access code but still haven't recieved it. Hopefully I can still
get it before next Tuesday.

Same is happening to me...no ea access code after the preorder of fifa...but the code arrives on the mailbox or where else?

 

You should get in in your xbox messages. A friend of mine did get it but I didn't. I'm already waiting for over 2 weeks and atill nothing, why is this taking so long? FIFA17 will be available on EA Access in 4 days and I can't even use it even though I should.
