    Did not recieve EA Access code after pre ordering BF1


    The subject header says it all. I preordered August 23rd and have yet to recieve my promo code for EA Access. I was refferred here by a microsoft support staff member, and i hope to hear from somone soon. Thank you.

    I found the solution, you need to enter First the code of EA Access trial, but I did not have that code so I bought a month of EA Access and then reedeem the code of BF1, and it worked

    Thanks for posting! Keep in mind that it takes 7-10 days for these codes to be sent to your Xbox Live messages. If you haven't gotten anything after 10 days, be sure to post again and let us know so we can investigate.
