    Did not recieve points.

    Back in Feb I renewed my Xbox Live Gold membership through a promo on my dashboard using a prepaid card. I was supposed to receive 600 MS points I believe. Obviously I have yet to receive these promised points. Can you rectify this situation please. Did not recieve Achievement :)

    Clear the System Cache. Xbox Dashboard > System > Storage > Device Options (Press Y) It mostly fixes the problem of achievements not activating. It does no harm to the memory it just erases the updates that's hidden in the HDD.
