    Have not received free games

    I purchased a 6 month gold membership around April 2nd. I was supposed to receive approximately 5 free game codes. However, I have not received them yet. I have checked my trash and deleted boxes and have not received them yet. Can you please look into

    From what promotion are you referring to and did you bought it from a Microsoft store or a retail store? Unless you bought the console through a promotion, you should be notified through email regarding the free game.

  5. I have purchased the console on Dec. 1st please find the receipt attached! I was asked to select one of the 3 game options and I have selected the only not violent one (I am purchasing xbox for my children), which was Rare Replay. I have never received any
    redeem code or the game since that. I will (well, let say Santa will) give the console with the games to my sons tomorrow, so last night I put everything together and realized that this game is missing. I purchased it from the microsoft website order number
    is 10282332364.

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Store since that offer is through them.
