    Did not receive VC & Bonus Digital Content for NBA 2k17 Legend Edition


    I purchased NBA 2K17 Legend Edition ($79.99) but I cannot get any of the bonus digital content or VC to download.

    I can see the DLC purchased under My Xbox -> My Games.

    Any help on how to get it on the Xbox would be appreciated !

    If you pre-order on the Xbox Store, you won't receive any physical pre-order bonuses. Those are frequently incentives to order from local shops. If you pre-order the

    NBA 2K17 Legend Gold Edition     from the Xbox Store, you'll get 35,000 VC for NBA 2K16, Early Access (4 days before standard release), 100,000 VC, MyTEAM Bundle+ (5 packs with a guaranteed Kobe Bryant card); Kobe Bryant Digital items for MyPLAYER, and more.

    If you're looking for physical bonuses, you'll want to check with your local retail store.

    NBA 2K17 Legend Edition Gold Pre-Order page     on the Microsoft Store, you can find your NBA 2K16 items by doing the following:

    35,000 VC can be instantly redeemed in NBA 2K16 by searching for "NBA 2K16" on the Xbox Store and downloading the "35,000 VC for NBA 2K16 (PreOrder Incentive)"
