I bought a 3 months xbox gold member card on line on 17th Jun, and it was saying i can receive another 3 month membership code. but I have not received it yet.

I ordered the 3 Month XBox Live Gold Code off the Microsoft Store a few weeks ago. The promo was that I was to receive 3 months free. I did not receive the code for the 3 free months in the e-mail. My order number is 8294831016. Could someone please
assist?

 

Xbox live gold free trial canceled if I enter code for xbox live gold?

so I'm eligible for free Xbox live gold for 1 month. I got 3 months of Xbox live gold for Christmas but my question is if I enter the code for 3 months of Xbox live gold will it cancel me being able to use free Xbox live gold trial for 1 month?

By the way, I did not use the trial yet.
