    Did not receive Spelunky with Games with Gold.


    I did not receive my free game, Spelunky. Via an error or some other thing not registering. It is not in my downloaded games nor cloud. The game is also no longer available for free, due to the offer being over the next day. I "Downloaded" it on the 15th
    and is not anywhere to be seen. So this is my last shot.

    Have you checked your download history? Dashboard>Settings>Account>download history

    Also, when you say that you repaired your console are you saying that you repaired it yourself or that you sent it in to be repaired by microsoft?

    Have you already contacted chat support so that they can verify if you have the license of the game? Since if you are being asked to pay for it that means the license was not credited to your account.

    If you only have one profile on the console that has gold there is a likely possibility that the game was not properly purchased

    Contacted chat support, no license was found.

    And I do only have one profile on the console, which is why I am confused as to why the game did not download, or be added to the cloud.

    When you "purchased" the free game, did you receive an error code or were you able to access the game? It sounds like the game's license may not have been added to your account. If you'd like to look into whether the game's license has appeared on your account

    There is no license in my account, Microsoft chat has confirmed that.

    And yes, the first time I "downloaded" the game I got an error. Then the second time it seemed to have gone through no issues. I purchased the game via xbox.com if that has anything to do with it.

    Unfortunately if the license wasn't added to your account it sounds like the game didn't complete the free "purchase". I'm afraid we aren't able to offer the game once it's Games with Gold period has ended, thanks a ton for your understanding on this and
