Discus and support Did not receive Sea of Thieves DLC in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased a 3 month XBL gold on March 24th mainly to get the Sea of Thieves Mercenary pack amd never received the SoT DLC.     Did not receive Sea of Thieves DLC


    I purchased a 3 month XBL gold on March 24th mainly to get the Sea of Thieves Mercenary pack amd never received the SoT DLC. Did anyone else have this problem?

    Pre-order bonus not received.

    Hello I pre-ordered on 28.2 Sea of Thieves, but unfortunately I did not receive a code for the pre-orderer DLC yet.

    Did not receive Sea of Thieves DLC

    To check, when you view your Order History while signed into your account, if you see the Ebon Flintlock pistol and Black Dog Pack, that means that they have applied to your account.

    The Sea of Thieves team has included an issue with some players not being able to see their downloadable content in game via the Patch Notes- 1.0.2 released
    this week. This issue is being looked into and they did include a potential workaround.

    In the meantime, please keep an eye out for updates via the Sea of Thieves Twitter or via the official Sea of Thieves
    site    . We appreciate your patience with this.

    Still not receiving the "Black Dog Pack"

    Hi there PoulpeMalade01. We're afraid the Black Dog Pack was a pre-order bonus only for Sea of Thieves.

    Therefore if you purchased Sea of Thieves after its release, you wouldn't be eligible to receive that DLC.
