hello. i used some of my reward points to purchase a 3 month subscription for xbl and its been almost a month i still havent received anything, what is going on?

If it was for rewards credits, the credits would show as pending on the Rewards site about 96 hours after you redeemed them. Then they would be deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month.
