Did not receive Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 codes

I purchased Rainbow Six Siege digitally through the Xbox Live store on 12/23/15 and have not received either code for Rainbow Six Vegas or Rainbow Six Vegas 2. After using Xbox Support chat, Ubisoft chat, and calling Xbox Support, I was told to post here
with my issue. Please help.

I haven't received my rainbow six Vegas codes, this is dumb, why do they offer games then don't deliver?

 

There seems to a ton of people on here missing the Vegas codes; other theads have multiple users too. Wonder if it is an issue for people who bought Siege near the end of December.

 

I am in the same boat. Support told me to post here as well. Bought it digitally on December 28, 2015. Still no Vegas codes.

Same here December 31 called today 10 jan they said to wait a couple of days and if i still havent recvived them to email back and to post on here

At least it appears to becoming more and more common. Lots of new threads about Vegas codes popping up.
