Did Not Receive Rainbow 6 Vegas or Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 Codes After Purchasing Rainbow 6 Siege

Found the right place to post this question.

I bought rainbow six siege in early December and have still not received any codes for the Vegas titles. Any help towards resolving this issue is appreciated.

Haven't received Rainbox 6 Vegas 2 with purchase of Rainbow 6 Siege

I purchaed the Rainbow 6 Siege Digital Plus Edition on January 8, 2016 with order number 567453557202840133. WIth this purchase, I am supposed to get DLC copies of Rainbow 6 Vegas and Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 for Xbox 360 to play on the Xbox One. I received Rainbow
6 Vegas immediately after purchasing Rainbow 6 Siege. In fact, it showed up immediately under my Ready to Install section. This is now day 11 and I have not received a code in either email or Xbox Messages to install Rainbow 6 Vegas 2. Browsing for Vegas 2
in the Store shows results but all say "Bundle Only" What gives? Where is the DLC game that is owed me?

 

Fallout 4 Pre-Order Promotion

I was suppose to receive a code for Fallout 3 becasue I preordered Fallout 4 but, I never recieved the code.

I did receive Rainbow 6 Vegas & Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 for pre-ordering Rainbow 6 Seige.
