Did not receive promotional codes with Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition purchase

I spoke to Shaira from your Microsoft Support and directed me to the forums.

I did not receive promotional codes with Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition purchase.

I should have received 4 codes.

Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgment.

These codes are delivered via xbox live message according to a friend who made the same purchase. I understand that the codes are sent in waves but it has been 2 months and I certainly redeemed the game within a month.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
games:



Gears of War

Gears of War 2

Gears of War 3

Gears of War: Judgment



Gears of War 2 is not available in Germany.



These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One. They won't work on Windows 10.



Codes will be sent out in waves, so it may take a few days for you to receive your code once the campaign begins.



The codes will be sent directly to the Xbox Message Center. After receiving the code, we strongly suggest that you save a copy. Messages are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which
they are automatically deleted.

As per my last email, Gears of War 4: Ultimate edition was purchased on 9/30/16. The game was redeemed shortly after that. You can look at my gamertag "" and see that the earliest achievement was 10/22/16. Which means I started playing the game even
before that.

I know that it is only for Xbox One. That is why I am waiting for the message in my Xbox Message center but I still have not received it.

You and the other 2 Microsoft support agents told me that it comes in waves. It is already December 19.

You need to escalate this issue.
