    Did not receive promo code


    I pre-ordered a hard copy of Fallout 4 on october 31st through the Microsoft store and was supposed to receive a $10 credit for doing so but have yet to receive a code. I wanted to use the code for this weeks black friday sale deals before theyre all gone.
    I was told to contact here.

    Hello. Thank you for your response. I did not receive any promo code. I just checked all my email folders again and did not find anything with a promo code for the 400 Microsoft points.
