    For the screenshot you posted, you were on the refund page for purchases, right? Is your purchase not even showing on your history at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders ?

    How long did you purchase it? I'd recommend waiting a few hours to see if the order is listed and make sure you purchase it on the correct account.

    If it still doesn't show after a few hours, contact Xbox Support at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us/

You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

    Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.

    Same. I bought a starter pack for GTA5.. I got charged, but didn't got the pack.. I contacted the support, and they asked me if I see the purchase in order history..

    But I don't see it.

    Then they said: I have to contact the bank about it, because it's none of their business, if the purchase not in order history..

    The same thing happen to me I got charged 57.76 twice for a game that I wanted to pre order and it doesn’t even say I own, yes I see that the store is down now but what are you guys going to do to refund the people that you ripped off
