    Did not receive Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2: Deluxe edition DLC/pre-order DLC


    I bought the Deluxe Edition off the Xbox One store and I didn't get the actual Deluxe Edition DLC or the pre-order DLC. Nothing shows up under manage game.

    The store is telling me to purchase the Deluxe Edition again for $62.99, which I already have according to my purchase email receipt and xbox.com download history (my games).

    Also, on the xbox.com download history, it shows me I have ALL four items.

    However, all items other than the standard edition lead to broken 'page not found' errors!

    Cannot get the PvZ2 Deluxe Edition Gifts

    Hello nic51nanan,

    Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the title? The issue appears to have occurred for anyone who downloaded the trial version through EA Access.

    1. Delete Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 from Storage.

    2. Go to 'My Games & Apps' and scroll to the Ready to Install section.

    3. Choose to install Plants v. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 that appears, not the Beta (if that was still downloaded).

    4.When the download begins, the Deluxe Edition DLC and pre-order DLC will appear in the 'Manage game' area.

    I figured out how to get the downloads now. The issue may be occur for anyone who downloaded the full game trial version through EA Access.

    1. Delete Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 from storage

    2. Go to 'My Games & Apps', scroll to the right and wait for the download history to appear

    3. Choose to install the main game that appears, not the Beta, if you had that.

    4.When the download begins, the Deluxe Edition DLC and pre-order DLC will appear in the 'Manage game' area.
