    Did not receive November's Quest Reward


    I completed the Xbox Quest for logging into Mixer the specified number of days, getting 400 GS, and downloading 2 GWG. It is January 1st and I have yet to receive any message through e-mail or Xbox Live.

    I know I logged into Mixer for at least a week for at least 10 minutes or more. I easily attained 4,410 GS in November. Well above the required 400GS. And I downloaded both Trackmania Turbo and NiGHTS into dreams... at the beginning of the month on my
    Xbox One. Both were completely downloaded, not just "purchased". I purchased Tales from the Borderlands but didn't have enough data left for the month to download it. . Plus I was a Gold Live account the entire month as my Gold doesn't expire until May.

    I would like this problem looked into. Thank you.

    Never received November quest reward

    Glad to hear you got it sorted out, It must have been a bug with the first couple months because I too didn't receive my reward for November's or even October's quest. I did just receive a reward message yesterday for completing December's quest though.
    I'm waiting to hear back from support on the thread I just posted.

    Xbox Game pass reward not given

    If you received a code in December, that would be for November's quest as those codes started sending out in waves in December. For the December Quest specifically that you are posting for, rewards will begin sending out in waves this month. Since it can
    take up to 30 days for codes to send out, please post back at the end of January if you do not receive a reward so we can take a deeper look.
