Did not receive MyVIP rewards for April (+ complaint about March)

Hi - I still haven't received my reward credits from my purchases in April. Please can you look into it?

One other thing - I was conned out of my rewards in March after your poorly advertised offer took them away without informing me beforehand. Congratulations on that by the way... you took the 20-30p away from me that I earned by being a loyal customer.
Hope it was worth all the bad will it engendered!

This had better not have happened again.

Quest Rewards not Recieved

I did not receive my Xbox Quest rewards for January, March, and April even though I made sure to complete them.

MyVIP

I did not receive any MyVIP reward for March. I am a five star member, bought two full priced games and other lesser priced titles. When can I expect an update?

MyVip is not posted until around the 15th of the month so it is too early to see them. Subsequently, the staff has mentioned there is a delay in processing due to an error so they may arrive later than normal.

There is currently an issue with some preview program members that we are currently in the process of resolving. Unfortunately, this has caused us to delay payback for April purchases until the issue has been resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience. However,
for future reference, payback can take up until the 15th of the following month to be placed as pending. From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

After reviewing your account, we see that you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer that was available in March (6,000 Credits for $60 in purchases). Since you cannot be Rewarded twice for a purchase, this means your March purchases went towards
the Simply Rewarding offer, and not towards MyVIP payback. Since you did not complete that offer, you did not receive offer completion Credits. Regarding your April payback, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account.

For future reference, as Murphs says, MyVIP is paid out as a monthly whole. Here is the relevant FAQ entry:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the

For example, the deposit you received during the mid-month deposit was your MyVIP payback from March.
