bought the game at the same time as a friend he received the message and code but i did not receive the message containing sea of thieves black dog pack pre-order bonus

Still not receiving the "Black Dog Pack"

Hi there PoulpeMalade01. We're afraid the Black Dog Pack was a pre-order bonus only for Sea of Thieves.

Therefore if you purchased Sea of Thieves after its release, you wouldn't be eligible to receive that DLC.

 

Haven't recieved my Pre-Order bonus for Sea of Thieves

I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves on March 18th and I still haven't received my Pre-Order bonus (Black Dog Pack).

 

Same here, bought game digitally through xbox store, downloaded, had to wait for launch before game would play, didn't recieve code in the interim, nor has content appeared in any chests.

As mentioned by the
Official Sea of Thieves Twitter account, if you pre-ordered the game after 1/26/18, you should receive an Xbox Live message soon with a code to redeem for that content. Keep an eye out for that!

 

Is this still an issue at the moment ? Cause I preordered as well and never received any code...
