    Did not receive Mercenary code from 3 months live promotion


    Hello,

    I purchased 3 month of live from microsoft's website not too long ago. It was advertised with a Sea of Thieves promotion for the Mercenary cosmetics.

    I received the code for Live almost immediately and it has been redeemed successfully.

    I have not received the code for the Mercenary cosmetics as of yet and they haven't appeared in game either.

    I contacted Xbox support and they have directed me here. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

    I purchased the promotion of Xbox live gold 3 month subscription with the sea of thieves mercenary pack on April 17th and haven't received the code for the mercenary pack yet.

    Have Not Received Mercenary DLC For Sea Of Thieves

    I saw a promotion about two weeks ago on the Xbox Home to buy 3 months of xbox live and receive the Mercenary DLC Pack for Sea of Thieves. I bought the 3 months of gold but still haven't received my Mercenary DLC. I have tried to
    contact the xbox twitter support team a week ago and still till this day have not received a response from an official support team member. I have received multiple replies from other users stating that promotion DLC codes usually take a while to go out which
    is fine. Then I did some research and found that the promotion codes would be going out 10 days after the initial date of the promotion. It has been over 10 days since the promotion and I still haven't received any code or replies to my original twitter post
    from an official xbox support member. This is becoming very frustrating considering I already had xbox live and wouldn't have purchased more if it wasn't for the promotion. I would appreciate if someone would help resolve this issue. Thank you.

    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

    I contacted xbox support almost a month ago about my son not receiving the free 3 months promotion that was advertised when he purchased his xbox live subscription on June 14th. The promotion stated that he should receive an email in 10 days with the free
