Did Not Receive Launch Bonus Content for Gears of War 4

I did not receive the following content for my Gears of War 4 pre-order & purchase:

Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus (Tomorrow Anya and Zombie Dom as well as 2 Weapon Skins [Gold Wave Lancer, Gold Wave Gnasher]), as well as the Xbox One S Limited Edition Content

Where did you pre-order Gears of War 4? If you purchased a physical copy from a 3rd party retailer, you'll need to reach out to them to inquire. If you pre-ordered digitally through the Xbox Store, the content should be located in your 'Ready to install'
section when your select 'Manage game' on Gears of War 4. For more information, please read our Gears

I checked with GameStop while there picking up my Call of Duty copy. They said what I am missing was suppose to be packaged with my Ultimate Edition and therefore falls to Microsoft to provide. They have had a couple customers come to them with the same
issue. Please help with getting my missing content. Thanks!

 

Gotcha. The exclusive console content is on the same card that has your game code on it. As far as the pre-order content is concerned, as I linked above, that is up to your local retailer and we have no way to assist. We can only retrieve codes that have
been sent to you already, we do not have any pre-order codes available to us.
