Discus and support Did not receive Groove Tokens in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I purchased 1 month of Groove Music on August 30th.     I purchased 1 month of Groove Music on August 30th. As part of the Labour Day promotion, I was supposed to have received 2 3-month tokens. I have not. It took 4 tries of Customer Service help before I got the amazing Kevin S who sent me here. I'm hoping
    you can help.

  2. Groove Music Labor Day sale code not received

    Hi, There was a deal where if you subscribed to Groove Music for the Labor Day sale, you’d get two 3-month tokens for Groove Music in an email by the end of September. Spetember ended, and I never got my codes. I have never subscribed to Groove Music previously,
    I am eligible for the promotion and I did not receive my codes.

    I signed up for the 1 month free Groove Music trial + 3 months free token and have yet to receive my token. Help?

    As I've heard nothing back, I'd like to change my request. I've just read that Groove Music is shutting down. As my 6 months of service are now impossible, I would like a refund on the original purchase. Please advise on next steps but mostly just please
    respond. I've chatted with too many service reps about this. I just want it resolved. Case # was 1399688801. Let me know if you need any other info.
