Did not receive Gears Collection from GoW: Ultimate

You would have received the correct codes. The codes you receive are for the 360 versions of the games. There is not an ultimate edition or remastered version of those 4 games.

I believe you are mistaken. If you look at the link above, there is a difference between the Bundled Ultimate Edition and the individual GOW 1,2,3 Judgement. It even indicates on the XBox Website from that link as follows "In Gears of War: Ultimate Edition,
you’ll get the complete remastering of the original game – painstakingly reimagined from the ground up with stunning next-gen graphics,

IT's been reimagined not 'remastered' as I had mentioned but the graphics have been updated so there is quite a difference.

Please help if you can.

I got my GOW ultimate edition 3 weeks ago installed and played the game and still haven't received my promotional codes for GOW1, GOW2, GOW3, and GOW: Judgement. Please help me with my gears nostalgia
