did not receive free one month

I haven't received the free one month from Microsoft. Also, I have played it between the times specified. I have achievements that I have unlocked on dates that would make me eligible to receive the one month. what should I do now?

hey all

ive recently signed up for a months trial for xbox live. from what ive been told, you get a free month of xbox live gold membership and then after that month your account turns into silver membership.

after trying to play some fifa 12 online i found out that my account is actually silver membership already. shouldnt it be gold for the first month?

id really like that first free month so i can see whether its worth spending another £35-40 for a years membership.

To get the free month you have to create a brand new account on the console. During the account creation process choose Yes when it asks if you want to join Live, then when it gives you the list of gold options, choose "Upgrade Later" and it automatically
gives you the free month if it's available. This is only available for 3 gamertags on each console. If you've already used them or if you purchased your console used, you may not get the month anymore.

 

It extends your live for that account, you don't get a code if that's what you're thinking.

 

oh I know that it is simply an extension but I haven't received a message from MS/343 saying that I have received the extension. All of the people that have gotten it so far have gotten a message on their xbox.

 

I haven't had a message or anything to advise me of an extra month of Live. I bought game day 1 and am in New Zealand.
