Did Not Receive free copy of "Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime" from Xbox Live Gold ...

Xbox ran a promotion saying that if I purchased a 12-month subscription of Xbox Live Gold before July 1st, the price would be at a 20% discount, and I would receive the game "Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime" for free. I received the discounted subscription,
but I have not received my free copy of the game. My purchase is dated June 30th, and the countdown timer showed several hours left before the promotional offer ended, so I know I bought the subscription in time to qualify for the deal.

After contacting chat support, Glen suggested I post here to make it known that I have not received a free code to download Lovers In A Dangerous Spacetime. I purchased an XBox Gold membership, and the promotional materials said I would receive the game
for free. Help!

 

You should receive the code about 7-10 days after your purchase. If not, you'll need to post back here.
