    Did not receive Fallout 3 redemption code


    I purchased Fallout 4 back in November and still have not received the code to acquire Fallout 3. I was directed by support to post in this forum for resolution.

    Please help and advise.

    We received the message with the Fallout 3 redemption code but did not know the message expired after 30 days. Please resend the redemption code so we may get our copy of Fallout 3.
