Did not receive Ebon Flintlock

I watched the Xbox Inside livestream last week from start to end while logged in on a Mixer account that was linked to my Microsoft account yet I didnt receive the ebon flintlock. I submitted a ticket to Rare and they directed me here. I read the FAQ and
the limited quantity wouldnt affect me I assume since I was tuned in since before the start of the stream. I also checked my Microsoft account order history and nothing is there
