    Did not receive E3 2018 MixPot from Monday, June 10, 2018 Press Conference


    I watched the Microsoft E3 2018 Press Conference on Mixer via Xbox One. My Mixer account (Mixer username: ) had already been linked to my Microsoft account (Gamertag: ) for some time.

    There were problems trying to load the Mixer app and it showed I was not signed-in (upper right corner). I had problems attempting to sign-in or even create a new account, even though I was connected to Xbox Live.

    Given this, I also tried watching via Mixer.com/Xbox, but I had problems there as well. I couldn't sign-in to my existing Mixer account or create a new account.

    A few minutes into the press conference, I managed to start watching while signed-in using the Mixer app on Xbox One, but the chatroom wasn't working.

    I did not receive any portion of the MixPot from the live show on Monday, June 10, 2018.

    Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

    Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

    BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

    Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

    What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

    I have double-checked my Xbox account and cannot find any reference to the E3 2018 Mixpots. Can anyone from MS look into this for me?

    This content is automatically applied to the Microsoft Account you watched the stream with. Be sure to check the Microsoft Commerce page while signed-in to find the "Sea of Thieves Huntress Figurehead" & the "Forza Horizon 4 Limited Edition Festival
    Tee (White)" attached to your account.
