Did not receive codes for Gears 4 Pre-order

I preordered gears 4 digital version through xbox. However got my operations pack code, but did not receive the previous gears games code. Contacted xbox and told me to wait and post here.

Codes for this specific promotion are not sent within 7-10 days, however pre-order customers can expect to receive their codes closer to the release of Gears of War 4. You can find this information over at the official

thats not true at all. Many people have got codes already and redeemed them.

As an appreciation to Gears of War fans, you'll receive an Operations Pack and a First Wave emblem that can be used within Gears of War 4 if you meet the following conditions:

You've played a Gears of War title, and

Either you currently have an Xbox Live Gold subscription, or

You've signed in to your Xbox account within the last 12 months.

Note These codes expire on December 31, 2016.

Receiving your codes

Your codes for the Operations Pack will be sent through the Notification Center, which you can view by double-tapping the Xbox button on your controller and then selecting Messages. On Windows 10, you can also view your messages by opening the Xbox app
and selecting the Messages icon on the right-hand column:

If you already own the Xbox 360 Gears of War titles, we encourage you to share these codes with friends or family.

Note Codes will be sent out in waves, so it may take a few days for you to receive your code once the campaign begins.

Since Sept was only last week you are just going to have to wait

 

They avoid sending codes because they can only generate so many codes and also it avoids boring down. The server and no they won't tell you where in the queue you are
