Did not receive code for Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2

Hi, I purchased Rainbow Six Siege on the 28st December and I'm still waiting for the codes for Vegas and Vegas 2. Support sent me here when they couldn't help me.

Didn't receive promotional Rainbow Six Vegas 2 code

I bought Rainbow Six Siege and recieved a message from Xbox live saying I would receive codes for Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2 as promotional offers but it's been about 3 months now and I've only gotten a code for Rainbow Six Vegas, not Vegas
2.

 

I also bought the digital download of Siege and have not received my codes. Chat told me to come here. I bought the game on December 24, thats 2 weeks, NO CODE!!!

 

Same for me and i still havent got my codes and the game was purchased on the 23/12/15 support also told me to post here but i still havent had a reply is there anyone available to help us!?

 

Hey, guys! Any games that were purchased near the end of December that you should get codes for have been delayed. If you do not get your codes by end of day on Monday, please post back so that we can look into it further. Thanks for understanding!
