    Hi,

    I signed up for the 4-month free trial to Groove Music (30-day free trial + token for 3 additional months) on June 28th, and I still have not received the token for 3 months free. The 30-day trial is set to expire tomorrow (July 28th).

    I've been bounced around by 3 different people in support chats and this is where I've been directed to post.

    Groove music didn't receive plus three code

    I joined groove music with the black Friday deal. It's now been over 30 days and I did not receive my plus three code.

    Hey Guys! So I Sign up a free trial for 1 Month Groove Music and I was told that I will receive a code for a free 1 month Groove Music. My free trial just got ended but still did not receive the free 1 month Groove Music code even on email. Was waiting for

    Where did you sign-up for the Microsoft Groove promotion? Was it on the Xbox One dashboard, or was it through Groove's website or the Windows Store on Windows 10? If you signed-up on the Xbox One dashboard, you came to the right spot!

    If you signed up through Groove music's website, or through the Windows Store on Windows 10, please drop a post over in our

    Groove Music Support forums
    so the proper team can assist. We're able to help out with promotions ran through the Xbox One dashboard, however any promotions outside of that we don't have access to unfortunately.

    That clarification will help us narrow down the next steps. Keep us posted!

  5. I signed up on the Groove Website, and after getting bounced by three different support agents, another MS employee told me to post here and *insisted* this was the correct place to go. Now I've once again been told that I'm in the wrong place and being told to
    post somewhere else. Why do we need to make public message board posts to get stuff like this resolved? One of the chat support agents had access to my account and said they could see that I was supposed to have received the token, but for some reason this
    person isn't able generate it?

    Anyway,

    1. The link you posted doesn't work, so I needed to find the correct URL on Google

    2. I posted to the site you directed me to and it's been over 24 hours and I've received no response.

    How can it possibly be this difficult to generate the token that was supposed to be sent to me?

    I know MS is really trying to push Groove Music and I was quite pleasantly surprised with it on iOS during the trial, but it really sours the experience when I have to jump through so many hoops just to get something like this resolved.

    I signed up on August 14th 2016 for groove music pass during the 1 month +3 months free and did not receive my code for my extra 3 months free. Could I still get it?

    The music groove promotion was only avaliable for first time user here is a link to check to see if it is the same promotion that you had. Sometime you just have to read the fine print to see what youre signing up for :)

    Buy one month of Groove Music Pass, and the next three months are on the house.

    I responded to an email from Microsoft on 7/13/2016, signed up for a 30 day Groove Music Pass subscription on the promise by Microsoft for a 90 day Groove Music Pass access. A promo code has never been received. I was passed from one chat support representative
    to another to another to another and then after spending 30 minutes was sent here. Maybe this will get resolved soon.
