Did not receive COD Points in Call of Duty WW2

Hello everyone,

I recently purchases Call of Duty WW2 Gold Edition on my Xbox One. The description in microsoft store said that I would receive 1,100 COD Points, but when I opened my game the COD points balance showed 0 . I kindly request help regarding this matter.

Hello , you may have to create & sign into a call of duty account. It has happened to me before.

Did everything included in the Gold Edition download fine? The game and DLC?

Sometimes virtual currency could get bugged and delay the distribution to the in-game balance. Go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console
for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox. If this is the result of a glitch, the power cycle should resolve that.

If it still is not showing, then I recommend re-installing the game and included DLC.
