Did not receive all the games I was promised when purchased my console

Hello,

I purchased my Xbox One console not long ago and bought a console which was supposed to arrive with Quantum Break, Alan Wake, Alan Wake The Signal, Alan Wake The writer. This list of games was on the box and I was glad to have found a console which came
along with 4 games (2 games + 2 expansions but the expansions are games of their own).

When actually wanting to get what I was promised, I had no issues with getting Quantum Break and Alan Wake but I did not receive The Signal and The Writer. I know the expansions are a downloadable content and I tried downloading them not just from inside
Alan Wake itself in the console, but have also input my credit card information so I could order them from the market place, but no matter what I did, they did not appear in the "manage game" section in the Xbox.

I'm not sure if it's true or not but I was told that The Signal and The Writer are not available in Israel where I live... but I still payed for them.. The ONLY reason I purchased the console with this specific game bundle was because I was really glad
to get the expansions.. Otherwise I would have chosen a console which came with Gears Of Wars or Halo..

I don't think it's reasonable to promise something to a customer and then not supply what was promised.. I'll be glad if there's a way you could find a way to get me The Signal and The Writer, but if not I will also be glad to get the latest Gears Of Wars
and Halo instead.

pre order content missing

I pre purchased Injustice 2 video game, but I did not receive the promised DLC for Darkseid with the game. How do I get it?

Gears of war code for all of the back catologue games

I have purchased the Gears of War ultimate edition and have still not received a code to enable download of the previous Gears collection as promised when I purchased my bundle. Come on you were quick to take my money for the console and bundle so please
advise when I can expect to receive my code to enable download of previous games.

You are correct that the add-ons are not available in Israel which is why you cannot download them. You would either need to try contacting the retailer for an exchange, or you can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do -

Did you purchase and play the game before December 31, 2016? That is when the offer expired, so if you purchased it after that, you would not be eligible.

Yeah I did, but the guys at GameStop promised me that I would get all of the Gears of War games if I bought (http://www.xbox.com/sv-SE/xbox-one/consoles/gears-of-war-limited-edition)
wich I did. Something doesn't feel right..

That's the issue, I purchased on launch day kids not been able to access their accounts 8 days now . Chat and Phone support suck I'm afraid was promised 100% an answer yesterday still not received any communication. Have the promise printed off from the
chat conversation as proof. Am escalating this further now as as far as I'm concerned the console and it's software are not fit for purpose and I shall be looking for a full refund on all of my xbox one purchases. Shall be buying a PS4 instead.
