Did not receive a H5 Beta Early Access even though I have a Preview Account

I've talked to support and they told me to post here. My account has been a preview member for months and was excited when I heard about the Early Access. However I still have not received a code. Help?

Codes of access to the beta of destiny 2

Hello, I have pre-order the version Digital deluxe Edition of destiny 2 to have an early access to the beta but I did not receive any code to have the advance access would it be possible that I am sent A code to get access to the beta on July 19?

Hi there the halo 5 mp early access beta codes are being sent thru as a xbox live message, you should have recieved a msg yesterday, and one today with 2 codes. (Which support did you talk to phone support or forum support?) they dont have access to who
is in the preview program. The only way to tell is by accessing the xbox early access forums.

The beta was scheduled to start at 3pm PST yesterday. You should have the codes by now to install and play the beta.

Hi Myth! No apologies necessary, we've got your back.

FYI, even if it was in the wrong spot, the mods here are great about directing you to the right spot, no one gets upset.

As for the H5 beta invites, yes, those were initially only sent to people already enrolled in the program, because it was specifically for an extra-early access which happened this past weekend and only involved Preview Members. You could ask on the preview
forums about the MAIN beta which starts on the 29th, if you don't have the Master Chief Collection.

On that subject, usually it takes 3-5 business days for a user to be granted preview forum access aftwr accepting the invite. So, the codes went out on Friday, and if you got into the Preview Friday or Saturday, you probably will have access by the end of
the week.

That said, sometimes a user gets "missed" or delayed during busy times (like the holidays.) If you haven't gotten in by Friday, feel free to respond here or PM me, and I can post yourname to the preview registration forum!

The early beta preview is long over now. If you have a copy of the Master Chief Collection then you can access the regular beta now.

If you were in the preview program you should have received the message yesterday via the Xbox messaging service, not through e-mail. The codes will be sent the same way and are being sent out today - I just received mine not too long ago. They are not sent
to your e-mail account, but as a message through Live. If you are not in the Preview Program, then you will have to wait a couple of weeks. I also think you need to have played Halo MCC in order to qualify for the early access of the Beta/
