    Did not receive a games with gold game


    A few months ago a lightning storm came by and hit my house frying my 360 for a bit. So I was unable to turn it on. But I continued to buy all the games with gold games on the xbox website. I just repaired my xbox and turned it on. Most of the games seem
    to be there. But for some reason the game "Army of Two Devil's Cartel" Is missing. I have no idea why since I remember going to the website to download this game. I did the same thing for this game I did for all the others but it's not showing up in my download
    Queue and it won't let me download it from the store without buying. If anyone could help me that would be fantastic. Because I should definitely have it. But I cannot seem to access it at all.

    Unfortunately if the license wasn't added to your account it sounds like the game didn't complete the free "purchase". I'm afraid we aren't able to offer the game once it's Games with Gold period has ended, thanks a ton for your understanding on this and

    Hey there Muskrat 1999.

    When you "purchased" the free game, did you receive an error code or were you able to access the game? It sounds like the game's license may not have been added to your account. If you'd like to look into whether the game's license has appeared on your account

    When you say you live in the us do you mean continental us or a territory or an foreign base

    If foreign base or a territory like puerto rico those dont count

    Foreigm bases use their host countries IP not a us connection

    Territories have their own geoip

  6. Have you checked your download history? Dashboard>Settings>Account>download history

    Also, when you say that you repaired your console are you saying that you repaired it yourself or that you sent it in to be repaired by microsoft?

    let me explain what I mean by fixing. The lightning fried the power cables to my 360. and new cables were hard to replace. so all I mean by fixing is I found new cables. also in my Download history. It has a lot of "content not available"
